The free calculator runs locally in your current tab. It does not send, save or attach financial input values to analytics, software links or checkout links. Reloading clears your working inputs. There is no account or financial-data storage service.

Basic website delivery

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Hosting services process technical connection information to deliver and protect websites. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its own processing. The free financial calculations run in your browser.

Optional analytics

No custom analytics collector is enabled in this build. The integration sends event names, the page path, vendor identifiers, link type and a source-or-CTA purpose to a private aggregate counter when enabled. These are approximate directional metrics: concurrent KV writes can lose counts. Daily aggregates expire after 90 days; no individual event history is stored. These counts are not exact visitors, sales or confirmed conversions. Only the first-party /api/events collector is supported. It excludes query strings, financial inputs, form values, cookies and visitor identifiers, and honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. It does not infer purchases from clicks.

Marketing assistance requests

When secure intake is available, the form collects your studio name, contact name, email, preferred contact method, requested service and explicit referral consent. Optional fields can include your phone, location, website, budget and project description. Phone contact requires a phone number.

The purpose is manual review and, where appropriate, sharing with a relevant third-party marketing agency so it can respond about the services you request. A match is not guaranteed; no agency partnership or payment terms are currently confirmed. Information must not be used for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

The prepared handler stores requests in private Cloudflare storage with a 30-day automatic expiry. It processes the connection IP to create an hourly hashed rate-limit record that expires after one hour, without storing the raw IP in the lead. It also uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Turnstile processes technical browser data; see Cloudflare’s policy. Failed or unavailable submissions must show an error, not a success confirmation.

To request deletion before expiry, use the published privacy contact, identifying your submission email and approximate date. A verified contact route is a launch requirement before intake is enabled. If a request has already been shared, any recipient handling should be explained when arranging that referral.

Support email

Messages to [email protected] are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail for manual handling of support, corrections and privacy requests. Do not email payment card details, student records or entire financial files.

External software and checkout

Following a vendor or Payhip link takes you to a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. Payhip and its payment processors handle checkout, order details, receipts and digital delivery. Read Payhip’s privacy policy. An authorized referral URL may include a referral identifier. We do not receive payment card details through this website. Toolkit purchases can be confirmed only from actual Payhip order records, not from checkout clicks.

Contact and changes

The contact page gives the current support status. This notice should be updated before any change to the actual analytics, lead handling or third-party recipients.
