The calculator and toolkit support business planning. Their outputs depend on the inputs and model limitations described on the relevant page. They are not accounting software or professional financial advice, and do not guarantee financial results, enrollment, funding or marketing performance.

Review the assumptions with a qualified adviser where your circumstances require accounting, tax, financing or legal advice. An operating profit estimate is not a complete cash-flow statement. Tuition collection timing, taxes, debt payments, capital spending and seasonal changes can matter.

Software information

Vendor prices, fees and product features can change. Dated official sources support the comparisons, but your own quote and contract govern a purchase. Confirm migration, payment processing and data-export terms directly with the vendor.

Digital product and seller

Dance Studio Profit Planner · Version 1.1.0 · US$29.00 one time. Digital download. No subscription. The product is delivered electronically as a ZIP containing an Excel workbook, native Google Sheets access instructions and supporting documentation. No physical product is shipped.

Store and product brand: Dance Studio Tools. The seller operates as an individual/sole proprietor, not a separately incorporated company.

Support: [email protected]. Contact us about product access, file problems, corrections or refund requests. We respond within 3 business days. Include the product version and a brief description; do not send payment card details or student records.

Payhip hosts checkout and digital delivery. Review the product contents, compatibility and these terms before purchase. Windows Excel and native Google Sheets have documented functional checks; native Mac Excel and print/PDF layout are unverified. Google Sheets formula warnings can be overridden by a copy owner.

Single-studio product license

A single-studio, nonexclusive, nontransferable license. The purchaser may download, copy, edit and use the Excel workbook and Google Sheets version for internal planning within one dance studio business. Multiple employees or administrators working for that same studio may use it.

The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or offer the workbook or template as a competing product. Use across multiple independently operated studios requires a separate license for each studio.

The purchase is a one-time US$29.00 payment, not a subscription. The license does not guarantee financial results. Applicable consumer rights and the refund policy remain intact.

At Dance Studio Tools, we want you to receive a working product that matches its description.

The Dance Studio Profit Planner is a digital product delivered electronically. Because digital files can be downloaded and retained after purchase, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered. However, we will consider refund requests under the circumstances described below.

You may request a refund if you were charged more than once for the same purchase; you did not receive access to your purchased files and we cannot resolve the delivery issue; the downloaded files are defective or unusable due to a problem with the product that we cannot reasonably correct; or the product is materially different from its advertised description.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to report a problem. We may first offer troubleshooting, replacement files, or corrected access.

We generally do not offer refunds for changes of mind after receiving the digital product; purchasing without reviewing the stated product features or compatibility requirements; or expecting features or services that were not included in the product description.

Email [email protected] with your order number, purchase email address, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. The time required for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Referral requests

Dance Studio Tools is an independent referral resource. Marketing requests require explicit consent to review and potential sharing for the requested purpose. A request does not form a service contract with an agency or guarantee availability. Agree any scope, fee and service contract directly with the provider.
